



The online shop within this website is designed for delivery of goods to customers with mainland UK addresses, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We may also be able to deliver to The Channel Islands, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands or the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for details before placing an order so we can advise you of the cost of the order with extra postage. Please check with us for the relevant postage charges before purchasing goods from us.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
If an order is dispatched and our agent is unable to deliver that order we may be charged for the failed delivery. These goods will be returned to us. If you still wish to receive your order, we will charge you for that failed delivery before sending out your original order.
Schmuggles shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When ordering a particular colour, pattern or print, we will inform you if this is unavailable and try to find a suitable alternative, with your approval. The product may not be exactly the same colour as viewed on your computer, due to differences in the settings and quality of your monitor and graphics card.
All prices are in UK pounds sterling. We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate. However price changes may occasionally occur, and we will advise you of these on purchasing. We will aim to despatch your order to arrive with you within 28 working days. If we are out of stock of any particular product we will seek to inform you of any potential delays to your order if this is likely to be more than 28 days from the time of placing your order. Schmuggles reserves the right to refund monies to customers for out of stock items or items we are no longer able to obtain.
If are unable to complete an order, we may, at our discretion, send part of your order or wait until all the goods are ready to be dispatched.

All refunds will be issued in the same format you paid us; if you pay by debit card/credit card, we will refund the same card you used to purchase the goods; if by PayPal we will refund your PayPal account; if you pay by cheque, will refund you by cheque.
If you no longer have the credit/debit card you originally used to purchase the goods, we will send a cheque only, using the details of the original order (name and address). Please note, we will not send monies to an address we do not have a record of or to a card we do not have a record of without sufficient proof of address being provided.
Refunds/Returns
If your goods are damaged or become faulty within the guarantee period, please contact us for the correct returns procedure. Any refunds will not occur until the goods have been returned.
Unwanted Goods
If for any reason a product fails to meet your expectations, or you simply no longer wish to have it, simply return it to us for a refund or a replacement within 14 days of the date you placed your purchase, under the Distance Selling Legislation. The product must be unused and in resalable condition. It must not have been washed, soiled or opened; the original packaging must be complete and undamaged. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning any item(s) to us. We may, at our discretion, refund any reasonable postage costs you incur when you return unwanted goods to us.
Faulty Goods
If any item from your order becomes faulty within the first year, please contact us before sending the item back to us.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives and is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as practicable. You may need to claim for the loss of the order in person, depending on the method of delivery. Please ensure you contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods that they arrived in a damaged state.
