Our delivery rates are worked out according to the weight of the total order plus £0.50 for packaging. Most online shops charge more per item and less for postage. We believe our method to be a fairer way of working out delivery charges due to the huge range in weight of our products. We use three different carriers, depending on the weight of the order. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Business Post.

We aim to deliver all  mainland UK orders within 28 days. The majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and are received by our customers within 3 days of ordering. If there is going to be any delay we will inform you as soon as we receive your order by e-mail or telephone. For delivery times for our international customers, please contact us for details when ordering. If paying by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until we have received your cheque and the funds have cleared into our bank. Certain products are sent directly from the manufacturer. These are all marked as free postage & we can not send this as a next working day or Saturday service.
